Founder | Affiliate BrokerLana Pargh puts her more than 17 years of architecture and design experience to use for her real estate clients. She received a Bachelor of Architecture and Design from the University of Tennessee and believes her education and appreciation for structure, design, and engineering can help support her clients in making decisions when purchasing, selling, renovating, or investing in a home.

Oftentimes, Lana’s clients become her dearest friends because they end up having such a bond after the buying, selling, or remodeling process.
Together with her business partner and husband Franklin Pargh, and their agents, the team generated more than $122 million in real estate in 2022 and a combined lifetime sales of $1 billion. Lana and Franklin are the founding agents for the Nashville office of Compass Real Estate.
